Very chocolaty chocolate chip cookies by Nigella

You probably know the days when you are in sudden need of cookies. I was looking at Nigella's cookbook last night and I just couldn't get these out of my head (thanks Nigella:) So here they are, cookies adapted from her recipe.

Makes about 18 large cookies:
75g dark chocolate chips
75g white chocolate chips
125g 85% dark chocolate
125g buckwheat flour
25g raw cacao
0.25tsp bicarbonate of soda
0.25tsp baking powder
60g olive oil
100g soft dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare two sheets of baking paper.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave stearing every 25 s and being careful not to burn the chocolate. In a bowl sieve through the cacao with flour, soda and baking powder. Using a mixer beat the oil with sugar and vanilla, add melted chocolate followed by eggs one at a time. Then add dry ingredients and mix one more minute.  Carefully fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop out the dough to baking sheet leaving some gaps between the cookies. Bake for 10 min. The cookies will look underdone but they are just right that way:) let them cool a little before transferring to wire rack to cool down completely.
They are nicest the next day but it is a challenge not to eat them straight away...
