Curd cheese for a fresh start

Take time in the morning to eat something nice. You will see how much good breakfast is affecting the whole day. I really like to take my time in the morning and couldn't just run out the door without cup of coffee and something substantial to eat. 
When I was still living with my parents in Poland, my mam would often make curd cheese with some fresh veggies for breakfast. It is synonym of summer :-) 

You will need:
100g curd cheese (you can get it in polish shops or substitute with cottage cheese)
2 tablespoons of greek yogurt (you don't need it if you are using cottage cheese)
1 spring onion, chopped
3-4 radishes, chopped
salt and pepper

Mix all together. Tastes best on rye sourdough bread :-)
