Quick oat cookies

Are you on a diet? Are you trying to eat healthy? Do you love cookies?
I have a perfect solution for you!

Oat cookies. Made with only few ingredients you have in your cupboard. Full of slow releasing carbohydrates can be also your breakfast on the go or perfect lunchbox treat for your kids (if you can share...).

With only 90kcal per cookie, you can now have your cookie and eat it too:-) No regrets!

To make 6 cookies:
9 tbs raw rolled oats
18 tbs hot water
2 tbs honey
2 tbs raisins or other dry fruit or nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 180C (fan assisted).
Cover oats with hot water and let it stand covered for 2-3 min. Mix well with raisins, honey, cinnamon and egg. Drop heaped tablespoon of the mixture on the baking tray and bake for about 20 min. Check after 15 min if ready - they should be golden brown.
Leave to cool as they will not come off easy when hot.
